Players Code of Conduct:
  • We want to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable.
  • Children, parents, players and staff - everyone is accepted and respected.
  • We treat each other with openness and honesty; we are reliable and always ready to help.
  • We are a team; we win and lose together.
  • We treat teammates, opponents and officials fairly.
  • We never use violence to resolve conflicts.
  • We obey the laws of the game.
  • We don’t use foul language.
  • We make an effort to always speak the same language at training sessions and matches - no one is excluded.
  • In youth football, the experience is more important than the score.
  • We care about the environment and dispose of our trash properly.
  • We treat our training and match venues with respect.
  • We accept the penalties we receive when we break the rules.
  • We want to win but not at the expense of player and team development.
